Courtney and Ryan began their journey together back in 2012, although they were friends for several years through high school and bowling in league together. After their marriage in 2012 they took to the miltary lifestyle moving 3,000 miles away to the Washington and several years later living in Germany. Losing Ryan’s mother in 2021 sparked their journey to set out to find land and homestead. After a year of traveling in the RV, they finally settled on what is now called Wolfpack Reserve. Now their dream is to build a community in nature that gives back through farming, outdoor activity, and the restoration of nature.
Wolfpack Reserve is a 22-acre farm and private nature reserve dedicated to creating a better environment through permaculture, reducing hunger with our food forests, and providing a safe space for community healing through alternative tiny living.
Tiny home community is designed and focused on outdoor living, using sustainable and renewable practices. Our goal is 10 different 40x20 gravel pads for community members to create their own personal space. While giving the rest of the land to permaculture farming. (food forest)
The private primitive Campground host 10 sites with access to great amenities of the community.
Our Community Great hall (in progress) features a 4-season kitchen, dining area, toilets, showers, and laundry facilities. Great facility to host events.
Wolfpack Reserve and Maine CPR and Training our sister company offer certification courses in CPR, first aid, and wilderness first aid as well as many other skills.
Contributions to our cause go to building the great hall, tiny homes, and development of the community farm. Maintenance, upkeep, and continued construction of the Wolfpack wetlands nature reserve.
Wolfpack was an idea just to get people into nature that has compounded into what we’re building now.
